Shifter Appearance: Zabuza is a tall and noticeably muscular man with pale skin, short spiky black hair, brown eyes, and small eyebrows. He was normally seen wearing bandages like a mask over the bottom half of his face. Under his mask, he had a relatively narrow jaw line and jagged-teeth, a trait he shared with his fellow Swordsmen. He wore his forehead protector sideways on his head, and prior to his defection from Kirigakure, donned the village's standard uniform and flak jacket. After his defection from the Kirigakure demon squad, he was seen shirtless, with his chest only covered by a belt to which he attached his Kubikiribōchō, wearing baggy pants with the striped pattern typical of Kirigakure and mimetic wrist-warmers extending up to his elbows, with matching leg-warmers. Sometimes he wore a sleeveless black shirt and matching pants, complete with a waist-guard, and yet again, Kirigakure's striped wrist and leg-warmers. Other swordsmen of his generation wore attire identical to this, implying that they might be clothes related to the group. While donning this attire, much like his fellow Swordsmen, he had bandages loosely tied around his neck like a scarf.

Personality:
Zabuza was initially portrayed as aggressive, arrogant, cruel, cold and ambitious, willing to become Gatō's thug to gain enough funds to start a second coup d’état on the head of the Kirigakure squad, and kill anyone who stood in his path, including plotting to kill Gatō once gaining enough funds from him. He willingly uses his own men and others as pawns to fulfill his ambitions, as he raised Haku to be an efficient tool to be discarded when he had no use to exploit; although unlike future villains, he was blunt about the purpose that his recruits were needed for, lacking the manipulation of pretending to be kind to inspire loyalty.
He is an observant adversary who is able to analyze his opponent's techniques after seeing it once, but becomes overconfident if he sees the technique as useless. In his last moments of being with the members of his family, it is revealed that he cared deeply for his student Haku, and after being convinced by a friend, he almost sacrifices his life to kill Gatō, and almost dies wishing he could join Haku in the afterlife. However, he seems reluctant to speak or hear about it, telling whoever does so to shut up. Some have also noted that Zabuza had hesitated for a moment before the thought of slashing through Haku to get to opponents during their battles. This is stated to have been different in the past before his meeting of Haku. As back then he would of no cared about a partner.
Zabuza is one that tends to be very aggressive with most people. This is because of his demonic nature and rising. As the Kirigakure demon squad is a special demon family/ group. And they raised Zabuza to be an assassin. And so because of this they made him aggressive so that he would show no mercy to his targets. This also do to Zabuza’s anger issues with people. Though Zabuza is not always aggressive, as he only tends to be this way when he is not in a good mood, or is in an assassin mode. This is because Zabuza’s aggressiveness tends to come from his anger problems as he has problems controlling his anger.
Though Zabuza does have a good amount of honor, as he would not attack an opponent un armed (this means ready to battle as not all fight unarmed) unless it was a paid assassination. Zabuza is also one who honors his promise. As Zabuza will never break any promise that he has made with anyone. Though Zabuza is one who cares very much for money it does not completely control him. As he will not just break a promise he has made with someone for money. Unless the promise he is breaking has a good reason for him to break it, and he is getting a good amount of money for breaking this promise. Though Zabuza still tends not to break promises no matter how much he is paid. This is because Zabuza was made to be very loyal and always go through with his promises even if it ment that he would end up dead.

History
On a silent night in the Demon world in a very special place, on a night like no other as the air was filled with mist. And the sky was almost as bright as day. As the full moon shined brightly lighting up the sky, in this small demon village. As everyone in the demon village staid in silence. And only the wind could be heard for miles and miles. This was a very strange thing. As normally this village could be heard all through the night as they practiced their assassination techniques. This is because the Demons of this village where all trained assassins, known as the Kirigakure Demon Tribe or Squad by some. And the demons of this village took their demon training very series. As most of the younger Demons trained every second they got. And night time was one of the best times for the demons to train.
All of this was because on this night, a demon like no other was born into this family. This Demon would be given the name of Zabuza Momochi. And this Demon would be unlike the others of the Kirigakure Tribe. This made a lot of the high members of the tribe take a liken to Zabuza. As they saw great potential in Zabuza and suggested that he start the Kirigakure assassin training early right after this year’s class training ended. This was a very strange thing as Zabuza would only be 6 years old at the time he would start his training and the average age was 9 years old for a demon to start the training. But since they saw great potential in Zabuza they let him go to the final exam of that year’s class. As the exam was putting all the students into a giant area and letting them fight to the death for three days and three nights.
So to let Zabuza watch the exams they let him go into the area with a special guide that was to keep Zabuza safe. But during the middle of the exam, this guide would go to accidentally lose Zabuza in the exam area. This would have Zabuza lost in the Exam area with all the crazy students trying to kill him. And so Zabuza let his true demon nature take over and killed every single one of the demon children hat had tried out for the exam this year. And to top it all off Zabuza did it all in one night. This was something that had never been done, especially by a Demon that was not even in the exam. And on top of that Zabuza was at least three years younger than all of the other students that had taken the exam. As well as he had no demon assassin training yet.
This made the higher ups of the tribe go wild as what to do with this young boy that had just assassinated a whole class of semi trained assassins with no training what so ever yet. And after months of arguing over what they would do with Zabuza, the higher ups came up with an idea. That Zabuza would undergo special intense training so that he could become a big asset to the tribe leader. So Zabuza would undergo years and years of training till he became a great Assassin, even said to be the best in the demon world by many. As most of the world knew of Zabuza’s first assassin which he was hired to kill a man by the name of Nat’s. A demon well known in the demon world for the things he had done to help the earth out.
Zabuza had been paid by a few low level demons that where trying to take over small parts of earth. As Zabuza silently killed the man demon Nat’s by decapitating him. This was something that was done in front of a crowd of people. But it is said that Zabuza did it so silently and swiftly that no one even saw him do it. And it took another five years to find out who did the assassination of Nat’s. As Zabuza really did not care about everyone knowing that he was the one that took down the demon that he thought as a trader. Though this caused Zabuza to get into a fight with a very well known Demon in the group Sin fall by the name of Tindera. As Nat’s was the guardian of Tindera for a short period of time. This also led to many many fights that ended with these two destroying many places.
This would lead to Zabuza meeting a Demon by the name of Amos who was known for his biological experiments. Amos would even go to help and advance some of Zabuza’s ability and tricking him out with some good DNA. This would lead to a double cross by Zabuza’s old mentor and tribe leader. As he saw Zabuza as an upcoming threat to his power. So he sent Zabuza on a backstabbing assassination. But In the midst of the assassination, Zabuza managed to catch his assassin and get the info that he needed out of him before he decided to kill him. Zabuza would then try and assassinate his old mentor, but in the attempt Zabuza would come to fail in the attempt.
But Zabuza would manage to escape the tribe and make it out into the demon world. And during this time Zabuza would come across a boy by the name of Haku. Zabuza would take this boy under his wing. This young boy would become Zabuza’s prodigy. As Zabuza would train the boy into become a deadly assassin like himself. Haku and Zabuza would then start to take their own private assassins. As theses would help Zabuza fund for his next assassin attempt on the tribe leader. As Zabuza had started to lack in funds ever since he left the tribe.And became his own private assassin. One of the most important assassin jobs was from the pay of a human thug by the name of Zabuza. And the job did not end how Zabuza planned. As in the end Haku was left supposedly dead, and Zabuza had almost died himself. This would lead Zabuza to go and hide out in the demon world honing his abilities.

- Water:
• Hidden Mist: This is a displacement technique and is a specialty of Zabuza, as he causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from his mouth, goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of energy kneaded into it. The main point of the mist is so that Zabuza is able to become useable by others. As he can become one with the mist making him hard to see and even hiding his spirit pressure in the mist. Zabuza is able to have the mist cover everything in a 20 meter radius. Though the mist can easily be blown away by higher ranked wind attacks. Though only Zabuza is able to draw water from the mist. As other people would not be able to break down the mist to water.
o Mist Search: Zabuza is able to find anyone that is touching the mist. This is because the mist is somewhat a part of him. So by touching the mist in a theory it is like touching Zabuza. So this allows for Zabuza to locate your exact presence while in the mist. Zabuza is even able to tell the people in the mist apart. As Zabuza is able to see everything in the mist as though he was seeing it with his own to eyes. This allows for Zabuza to fight in the mist without the use of his eyes.
• Water Dragon: Because of Zabuza’s great control over the water element, He is able to perform this technique without water near him. This is because Zabuza is able to take vast amounts of water from the air and shape the large amounts of water into a giant, powerful dragon. Zabuza is then able to control the dragon as though it was part of his own body having it chase after targets. The main way Zabuza attacks with the water dragon is by sending it after its targets. When the dragon hits the opponents. It will do so with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, so that the dragon does not cost as much energy, and can keep being reformed at a faster rate. But with Zabuza’s vast skills he has gotten rid of the majority of the vast water need for the dragon.
1. Dragon Bullet: After Zabuza has formed the water dragon, he is able to take water from the dragon and shoot it out of the dragon’s mouth. This water will come out in the form of a giant bullet. This bullet is very capable of causing great damage to the things that it hits, as the bullet is able to bust through even the hardest of concrete wall. As it is even able to knock low level tiers out. Though this attack does have its draw backs. As the water for the water bullet can only come from two places. Zabuza can choose method one that can have the water come from the dragon himself, but this in the end will slow down the dragon for the next post after the bullet has been shot. Option two is that Zabuza can have the water com from the air. But this will take more time for the bullet to form.
• Water Weapon: Zabuza is able to take the water from air or around him and then form it into any solid weapon that he so chooses. This allows for Zabuza to remake his sword if he was to lose it from his hands. Though this also allows for Zabuza to make other weapons, like shields, and other things. This allows for a more versatile style of weaponry fighting for Zabuza. As he is able to pretty much make any weapon that he so chooses to make from the water in the air around him. These weapons are also very durable. As they are able to fight with a Zanpakuto of equal tier. This makes these weapons a very good sturdy weapon for battle. Meaning that they should not be taken lightly.
• Grudge Rain: This Technique requires a lot of Energy from Zabuza to start up. But is one of his most useful attacks. Zabuza will start by creating large storm clouds, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain can then turn into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. This gives Zabuza the chance to add water to a battle field that has no water on it. When this technique is activated, the sky will also become black as the storm clouds. This attack tends not to drain much energy from Zabuza after its base creation. But it will only be able to last for 10 posts before a five post cool down.
• Syrup Capture Field: Zabuza will spit out high-viscosity, energy infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling energy to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. Though it is harder for those of a lower tier then Zabuza to do so. As they will have a very hard time of over powering Zabuza’s energy. Some lower tiers may not even be able to get out of the syrup. Zabuza has also become able to control the syrup like he controls regular water, making it usable in his regular attacks.
• Water Body: Zabuza is able to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique making it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, Zabuza can also re-shape his body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain Zabuza is to lock him up in an airtight container so he cannot move about. When Zabuza passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. Since this technique turns the body into water, the Zabuza is vulnerable to lightning techniques. As if Zabuza is hit with lightning while in his water body technique, he will turn back into his regular form.
• Drowning Water Technique: After liquefying a portion of his body, Zabuza manipulates the resulting water to surround his target's head, preventing them from breathing in order to either: render the victim unconscious or ultimately kill them, if the suffocation is sustained. This is one of Zabuza’s most used assassination techniques. As it works fast with no mess. And once the user swallows some of the water Zabuza is able to control the water that they swallowed and use it to kill them from the inside. Though this only works for the water that comes from Zabuza’s body. Making this technique a very deadly one that should be avoided by most. Though Once the water has been in the body for more than 1 post, Zabuza loses the ability to control it.
• Exploding Clone: Zabuza will start by creating a clone — which resembles a chibi version of himself — made from the oil and water in his body. The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil and due to this structure; the clone's temperature can easily be altered from cold to hot and vice-versa. When it exerts itself, the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it violently explodes and the water vapor is released. This vapor then cools down as it rises and as a result, turns into hail that cools the clone, causing it to shrink to its original size and start the entire process again. Despite its constantly increasing size, the clone itself remains very fast throughout the technique. This high-speed movement also allows it to heat up very quickly and to more easily inflict damage using an axe-like liquid blade that it is able to form on its arm. However, using this powerful technique leaves Zabuza in a severely weakened and vulnerable state for the next post. As it takes a lot of energy from Zabuza to perform this technique.
• Water Increased Strength: By putting the Hydrification Technique into practical use, the muscles of Zabuza’s arms are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The technique gives Zabuza superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls and steel doors. Though this only last three posts, then Zabuza will have to wait two posts before he can use this again. During these two posts Zabuza’s natural strength is also decreased.
• Water Needles: Using this technique, Zabuza gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into thousands of long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. This is another one of Zabuza’s silent and deadly assassin techniques. As this allows for Zabuza to take out many different opponents, with one attack. (Not the needles are as hard as still, as the water solidifies once they form into the needles
• Water Crashing: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a very advanced technique that can cause concussions to some as well a completely knock others out. As the force of this attack is strong enough to break through brick and stone walls. This technique also cannot be done by drawing water from the air unless it is done one post before time. As it would take Zabuza a decent amount of time to get the needed amount of water.
